Here's a picture of my friend Bledar "Bledi" Basha from Tirana, Albania. We met in 1998 in Chapel Hill. Since then, he has returned to Albania, where he works for Private Enterprise Partnership Southeast Europe (PEP-SE). Bledi's immediate family has immigrated to the States and resides in New York.
